Abstract

The work is based on the study of Ecuadorian legal framework as well as the diagnosis in a Cacao production organization at Vinces, Ecuador. Consequently, is highlighted the need to empower human talent and knowledge management, corroborating government's needs of developing this sector. Seventy-one Knowledge Management models were studied based on twelve selected , the inclusion was subjet to their presence on previous models or the need to answer the current problem. A bibliometric study wa carried out based on the co-occurrence of keywords (variables) and Knowledge Management using a software to perform a cluster analysis. The obtained results were the basis to build a Knowledge Management model, which allows empowering human talent and the organi zational culture of pe asant organizations in Vinces.
