Abstract

The objective of this research is the analysis of human talent management in a civil construction company in Ecuador, aimed at examining the factors that somehow impact employee satisfaction. The method of analysis and synthesis of the bibliography information found and the application of a survey to heads of the area, and personnel involved in the management of human talent, who provided the necessary information for research. With the results obtained, shortcomings were detected in the processes of human talent management, as there are no motivational programs, so that dissatisfaction affects the staff feel committed to the company to fulfill the assigned tasks, also He finds that the staff is not clear about what the company expects from them and there are no defined tasks, causing loss of time when carrying out the process of the tasks entrusted.
