Abstract

Every day, process management becomes more relevant in organizations due to the benefits it provides for the planning, control and improvement of their mission. This research was developed at the UEB Production of the Center's Petroleum Drilling and Extraction Company. The proposed study objective is: to analyze production planning in the UEB. The production system was characterized and classified, the behavior of demand was forecast and techniques and tools were used, such as the proportional method, used to calculate production capacity and the tabular method, used to prepare the master production plan. It was demonstrated that the UEB has sufficient capacity to meet the production plan. Likewise, it was proven that the institution has good performance dynamics, good reliability and satisfactory stability, but; continuity, proportionality and rhythmicity can be improved.
