Abstract

The article exposes the work carried out in the Ministry of Higher Education (MES) to contribute to the fulfillment of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The fundamental objective of the research is to integrate the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) to the strategic projection of Cuban higher education. The main impacts are obtained from the implementation of the Strategic Project, with indicators and goals in the strategic objectives and the processes that contribute to their fulfillment. The methods used are document analysis, implementation of current regulations and group work. The results obtained are given by the impact of the strategic sectors and show that the Universities and Entities of Science, Technology and Innovation assigned to the MES contribute to the fulfillment of the 17 SDGs.
