Abstract

The objective of the article is to expose the structure and essential relationships of a theoretical-methodological conception to contribute to socialize the scientific production of the professors of the Faculty of Education in Technical Sciences of the University of Pedagogic Sciences Enrique Jose Varona, Havana, Cuba, from knowledge management. With the use of theoretical, empiric and mathematical methods it was possible to determine ideas, essential concepts, principles that sustain the proposal, by means of the integration of pedagogic actions and tools from knowledge management, in correspondence with the needs and demands of the scientific-technological context.
