The objective of this article was to design a monitoring system through indicators to evaluate the implementation of the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015. The methodology used was an exploratory and descriptive investigation and its focus was on regulatory requirements. The information considered primary and secondary sources of information using databases with online access. The main results were the development of a system of indicators based on first, second and third level indicators and inspection items which were integrated into a control panel using a traffic light system and radial graphics to assess the degree of implementation that Exhibit an organization.
