Abstract

The study examines the relationship between product innovation and organizational capabilities; then the development of new dynamic business capabilities allows assimilate, store and apply the assimilated knowledge, in the planning and execution of functions and processes. Indeed the technological capabilities, commercial capabilities and new capabilities are key to innovation, the development of new products and adaptation to market changes. The method used for the data collection was the questionnaire, for its analysis, a multiple linear regression model was adjusted. As a result, it was demonstrated that technological capacity and new capabilities have an important contribution in product innovation, which allows the stoppage of the accumulation of problems, and the achievement of key practices and routines that will benefit the company
