Abstract

The informatization of society goes through the informatization of the services that institutions provide to their users and the application of these technologies in the management of their internal processes. The Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana José Antonio Echeverría (CUJAE) has been committed to managing its processes in this way for more than two decades. This work describes the results of the combined Business Modeling Process Notation (BMPN) and Unified Modeling Language (UML) application in business modeling and derivation of the requirements to be implemented, to address one of the activities of the professional training process (the job location). As a result, it is proposed to use: the context diagram, the architecture diagrams, the conversational and flow diagrams of BPMN and the diagram of UML use cases. There is an expert assessment of the correspondence between the modeled and the regulated and the completeness of the model obtained.
