VARIABLES VINCULADAS CON LA PLANEACIÓN DE RECURSOS HUMANOS A NIVEL TERRITORIAL / VARIABLES TO CONSIDER ON THE PLANNING OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES AT THE TERRITORIAL LEVEL

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo la utilización de la vía experimental para la identificación del grupo de variables y sus interrelaciones e influencias sobre la planeación de recursos humanos en el nivel territorial. El procedimiento seguido para comprobar la existencia de las variables está compuesto por 2 fases: la investigación cualitativa de las variables que influyen en la planeación de recursos humanos y la fase confirmatoria (cuantitativa) para demostrar la existencia de dimensiones, mediante el empleo de la estadística multivariada. Finalmente se obtienen las variables y su agrupamiento en las dimensiones esenciales que integran la planeación de recursos humanos en el nivel territorial, representándose estas en un modelo conceptual que se basa en las demostraciones realizadas.

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to use the experimental method for the identification of the group of variables and its interrelations and influences on the planning of the human resources at the territorial level. The procedure that was followed to check the existence of the variables is compound of 2 phases: the qualitative investigation of the variables that influence on the planning of human resources and the confirmatory phase (quantitative) in order to demonstrate the existence of dimensions, through the employment of the multivariate statistical. Finally, there were obtained the variables and their cluster in the essential dimensions that integrate the planning of human resources at the territorial level, which are represented in a conceptual model based on the demonstrations carried out.
