Abstract

Present investigation results are related to the evaluation of job employment as part of a compensation system based on workable competencies. Job employment evaluation is an essential factor in the structure and organization of the personnel, and may be related to global changes, and also with the use of new adaptation instruments. In order to fulfill this objective, a technically based procedure was applied for the diagnosis and improvement of work organization from the use of engineering techniques and tools, using mixed research methods. As a result, it is concluded that there is no evidence from studies that suggest under what circumstances company directors should choose which payment combination alternatives to use. Therefore, in the absence of convincing evidence,  our research believes that the lowest-risk approach might be to set both the salary level and the salary combination dependence polynomial or logarithmic of the payment according to the job, to somehow equalize our conditions to those of the competition.
