Abstract
To our esteemed readers, we are presenting this new issue of the CUJAE Industrial Engineering journal, in thiscontemporaneity where the COVID-19 crisis together with social upheavals has highlighted the need to rethink
existing work methods and approaches, including the vulnerability of global supply chains, with the aim of
making more future-proof, resilient, sustainable and human-centred industries and labor institutions their own.
