The objective of this research focuses on determining the strategic components and facilitating mechanisms that contribute to the dynamization of the organizational culture from corporate social responsibility in ETECSA. The methods used were: bibliometric study and bibliographic review that made it possible to carry out a search for the main elements that characterize the object of study, a network analysis, the dendrogram, the weighted evaluation and a reduction by filtering through the criteria of experts to know the facilitating mechanisms present in the company.
