Evaluation of the level of service of the RUTA FUTURO local development economic project

Abstract

This research was carried out in an economic project of local development that aims to contribute to introduce alternative energy outside the national electrical interconnection with the use of renewable sources and to use Information and Communication Technologies in the different sectors of society through scientific-technical services of high added value, located in Matanzas, with the objective of evaluating and improving the level of service provided for the rental of computer equipment. The main tools and techniques used are: theoretical-empirical, historical-logical, analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, techniques such as consultations with experts, documentary analysis, observations and individual interviews, expert method, Delphi method, affinity diagram, Importance Matrix - Perceived Degree of Presence, service cycle, operational analysis, surveys and statistical software. In the indicators Variety in the supply of equipment, Time between request and delivery and Ease of payment, which are located in the quadrant of high importance - low degree of perceived presence, the weaknesses of the service and the opportunities for improvement are identified.
