Abstract

This research addresses the optimization of software development project management at Desoft, integrating Odoo as the main framework. Focusing on the intellectual and collaborative nature of software development, the study proposes a methodology that combines agile, traditional management tools, and effective operational strategies. Through the implementation and use of Odoo in development, it is possible to significantly improve coordination, efficiency, and quality in project delivery. The methodology developed provides a coherent set of principles, lifecycle elements, involved roles, artifacts, and technological tools, facilitating more adaptive project management aligned with Desoft's strategic objectives.
