Abstract

Independently managed management systems tend to affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization; hence the trend towards integration. The present investigation describes the redesign of the Integrated Management System in ervicios de Seguridad Integral Sociedad Anónima  with a Model that integrates Quality, Environment, Safety and Health at Work, Energy and R+D+i, shaping the system based on the requirements established in NC ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018, 50001:2019, 1307:2019 and the recommendations given in NC PAS 99:2012. In the initial diagnosis, the status of the organization to face the integration is obtained, as well as the non-compliance with the documents established in the aforementioned standards, which affects the effective operation of the system. The new structure is proposed based on the relationship of the documents with the general requirements and processes, which makes it possible to reduce the documented information and improve organizational performance.
