Influencia de la calidad en los costos del mantenimiento de las inversiones
Abstract
The investment process requires an integrated strategic quality management system that incorporates its standardization framework, quality in 3D object-oriented design, financing contingent upon quality in financial cutoffs, quality certification, and retention.
This work demonstrates the influence of quality management on investments, based on the application of BIM methodology. It explores the management of operations and its impact on maintenance costs, reflected in the validation of the feasibility study and its indicators, and in the investment exploitation process. This is achieved, through the evaluation of the investment's useful life, with the aim of reaching the planned results within the established timeframe, budget, and quality standards required by the client and stakeholders, in accordance with ISO 19650 and its protocol.
