ANÁLISIS DE ERRORES HUMANOS MEDIANTE LA TECNOLOGÍA TEREH: EXPERIENCIAS EN SU APLICACIÓN/HUMAN ERROR ANALYSIS BY THE TECHNOLOGY TEREH: EXPERIENCES IN ITSAPPLICATION

Abstract

Se presenta la tecnología TErEH (Tratamiento Ergonómico del Error Humano) para identificar, analizar y resolver errores humanos, a través del análisis ergonómico de la actividad de trabajo. Se explican las etapas y los pasos de la tecnología. Se manifiesta cómo mediante la relación de las taxonomías de fallos activos (FA) y condiciones latentes (CL) puede ser efectuado el análisis de errores humanos. Se determinan las reservas productivas, de calidad, y de seguridad y salud ocupacional en el proceso analizado. En la aplicación práctica de las dos primeras etapas de la tecnología se caracterizaron los riesgos de ocurrencia de fallos activos (errores y violaciones) y su relación con posibles consecuencias. A través de la aplicación se comprobó la eficacia de la tecnología TErEH para el análisis de errores y se derivaron conclusiones asociadas a la necesidad de incorporación de procedimientos de análisis económicos.

ABSTRACT

The technology TErEHis presented to identify, analyze and resolve human errors through ergonomic analysis of the work activity. The article basically explains what is needed to accomplish each of the stages and steps of the technology, and how the relationship among the taxonomies of active failure (AF) and latent conditions (LC) allow to carry out the human error analysis. It is determined which are the reserves from the point of view of production, quality, and occupational safety and health in the process. The application of the first two stages of the technology characterized the risks of occurrence of active failures (errors and violations) and their relation with possible consequences. The effectiveness of the technology TErEH for the analysis of human errors was proven through its application. Also, needs related to the incorporation of procedures for an economic analysis were identified.
