Intellectualization of business processes as a new stage of digital transformation.
Abstract
The digital transformation of the economy, through the integration of information and communication technologies, improves the efficiency of business processes. At the same time, the competencies of individual specialists become unnecessary, and their prevalence increases with the complexity of the unified information systems that replace them. This drives the intellectualization of processes, marking the beginning of a new stage of digital transformation. This article an analysis of the positive and negative externalities, and studies innovative sectors of the economy, the success of which depends on this intellectualization. Digitization strategies of domestic and foreign companies show that a systematic approach and a thorough evaluation of company assets are essential at the early stages of the implementation of digital innovations in business processes. Using the complementary asset theory, approaches have been developed for the intellectualization of global value chains, ensuring the sustainable growth of the national economic system.
