MANAGEMENT OF COLLABORATION WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF CUJAE INSTITUTIONAL RELATIONS

Abstract

The management of the collaboration of the university with its environment marks the difference of a Higher Education Institution with respect to other types, due to the potential it has to make the existing interrelationships with its external environment work. Inter-institutional Relations are part of the strategic plan of many organizations, institutions and entities of all kinds. In addition to reinforcing their legitimate interests and improving their knowledge, public image and notoriety, it contributes to the quality of professional training, the relevance of research and, in general, the institution's impact on the surrounding ecosystem.

The research is carried out within the Higher Education Sector Project of the Technological Innovation Showcase University, with the aim of systematizing the determined Institutional Relations process, as part of the CUJAE Management System based on the Plan-Do-Verify continuous improvement cycle. -Act and focus on processes. Based on this, the general objective is proposed: To improve the management of collaboration within the institutional relations process of the CUJAE, redesigning the sub-processes that comprise Institutional Relations, the activities that are carried out in each sub-process, the risks associated with them, the indicators that measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the performance of the process. The results to be obtained will allow a work system to be developed that will improve the management of the Institutional Relations process.
