Abstract

The development of the business plan for the Systemic Design Approach Company (SDAC) facilitated the commencement of its operations and contributed to alleviating the shortage of drinking water in vulnerable regions lacking this water resource in Ecuador. This plan offers services ensuring sustainability, resilience, and energy efficiency, addressing the carbon footprint generated by the systems supplying them and optimizing the resources required for their construction. The applied techniques include PESTEL analysis, Strategic Profile, SWOT matrix, and Benchmarking. For operational development, an economic and financial analysis is established, demonstrating the institution's solvency, profitability, and stability in the market. The establishment of these networks ensures resilience, sustainability, and energy efficiency of the system, reduces water resource scarcity, lowers investment costs, and enhances user satisfaction.
