Learning and organizational innovation from the new forms of work organization

Abstract

The crisis triggered by the pandemic of the new disease COVID-19 generated immense challenges in the economy and life in all areas of society. Faced with this situation, many companies found an alternative to teleworking and remote work. For this reason, the article evaluates the impact of remote work as a learning and organizational innovation in the Empresa Eléctrica Cienfuegos (EEC) in the health crisis situation due to COVID-19. The impacts of distance work in the EEC were obtained which is represented as an organizational learning and innovation given the need for adaptation and response to the changes caused by COVID-19. The main guidelines for the effective performance of teleworking in the EEC were proposed.
