Improvement of public water management in Cuba

Abstract

It is identify a set of ideas and practical actions that have contributed to the hydraulic rehabilitation of the Santiago de Cuba aqueduct and its integration based on a scientific and innovative perspective. Different methods were applied in the research, among which the following stand out: the analysis and synthesis, the survey of direct information from live sources, such as questionnaires and interviews, descriptive statistical methods, study of previous models on the public administration of water, teamwork and other processes. That research allows to lay the foundations to perfect and improve the effectiveness of public water management in Cuba.
