Abstract

The ODOO community recognizes that this ERP system has a functional integration model that can be used as a reference for redesigning business process. However, explicit workflows have not been identified that have embedded this knowledge that ODOO offers. In this sense, the following article is oriented to propose a method to redesign business processes based on ODOO functional reference flows. The method is applied in one of the key processes of the small TotstoneT business, called Computer Equipment Repair Management. As a result, a chain of technological capabilities of ODOO demands for this process is identified, four functional reference flows that detail the functionalities embedded in said technological capabilities and the redesigned process, where 80% of the identified problems in the design of the current process are resolved.
