Abstract

The objective of the article is to design a methodology for the evaluation of impact of the overcoming in the Technical and Professional Education in the Cuban context. It allows to value the execution of the objectives of overcoming action, as much in quantity as in quality and in the foreseen time, through of the achievements and the deficiencies. It was carried out a bibliographical revision that allowed to systematize the theoretical basics of the methodology, as well as to determine the structure and relationships that conform the proposal. Three dimensions were determined with indicators that facilitate to verify the grade of influence of the overcoming designed in the professional acting of the educational ones, in the address of the teaching. Learning process, as well as the transformations take place in the educational institution and in the community.
