Fundamentación científico-técnica del reglamento sobre teletrabajo y trabajo a distancia en Cuba
Abstract
Through Resolution 71/2021 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of Cuba, the Regulation on distance work and teleworking for the country was issued, where in the preceding note of that entity alludes to its technical scientific foundation based on a joint investigation of the University of Havana and the Technological University of Havana (CUJAE). Expressing the aforementioned technical foundation constitutes the main objective of this article, highlighting the demands of this modality of organization of the work that is instituted, with its technical-organizational bases assuming the necessary process of “continuous improvement” consistent with the Deming cycle.
