El presente artículo propone un Procedimiento para la Determinación del Nivel de Integración que presentan las organizaciones. El procedimiento permite conocer el cumplimiento de los requisitos integrados de las normas, determinar el grado de integración percibido por los trabajadores y el grado de integración de la gestión de riesgos. Con su aplicación es posible también definir, una vez obtenido el grado de integración de la organización, conjuntamente con el nivel de preparación que posea la misma, qué decisiones tomar respecto al proceso de integración a desarrollar si no se cuenta con un Sistema Integrado de Gestión o qué acciones llevar a cabo para la mejora del mismo, si ya se encuentra implantado. El procedimiento favorece la creación de una base sólida para la gestión integrada en las organizaciones.

Abstract

This paper proposes a Procedure for the Determination of the Level of Integration that the organizations present. The procedure allows to know about the fulfillment of the regulations´ integrated requirements and to determine the degree of integration that is perceived by the workers, as well as the degree of integration of the risk management. It also permits to define, once obtained the organization level of integration, together with its training level, which decisions to make relative to the integration process that will be developed, if there is no Integrated Management System; and, on the other hand, which actions to carry out for the improvement of the abovementioned system, if it is already well-established. The procedure favors the creation of a solid base for the integrated management within the organizations.
