MODELO COMUNITARIO PARA EL DESARROLLO INTEGRAL DE LAS COMUNIDADES EN BOLIVIA

Resumen

La Constitución aprobada en el año 2009 en Bolivia expone la construcción de un Estado Plurinacional y Comunitario, siendo éste el momento en el que cobra su verdadera dimensión el “Modelo Comunitario”, cuyo eje  principal es el ser humano. Este artículo muestra el marco legal, el alcance, los objetivos, los principios, las bases conceptuales e ideológicas, soportado en el ciclo de Deming. 

The Constitution approved in the year 2009 in Bolivia it exposes the construction of a State Multinational and Community, being this the moment in which charges their true dimension the “Model Community” whose main axis is the human being. This article shows the legal mark, the reach, the objectives, principles, the conceptual and ideological bases, supported in the cycle of Deming.
